Coach Vaughn, Fitness Trainer
Coach Vaughn grew up in Knoxville, TN playing football as well as track throughout middle school and high school. As a sophomore at Farragut High School, in his first season playing, Coach Vaughn made the Lacrosse Varsity Team as an LSM. His Junior year he made the TSLA First Team All Region East and finished up his high school career as making the TSLA First Team All State.
In college pursuing a BSc in Chemistry, Coach Vaughn was a walk-on for Vanderbilt University’s club team as a(n) LSM/OSSM, and in his third year playing in the Southeastern Lacrosse Conference won the Sonny Pieper Defensive Player of the Year Award.
He holds multiple fitness and nutrition certifications including Certified Functional Strength Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist. He is the Boys’ Strength and Conditioning Coach at Grayson High School, the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Georgia Swarm, and Volunteer Youth Community Lacrosse Coach for 2-6th grade Boys. In his sessions you will notice an improvement in your movement quality, strength, and body composition.
