jennybioMidtown Trainers proudly introduces Jenny as one of our personal trainers. She grew up as a competitive volleyball player and swimmer so fitness training has been an important passion in her life.

She continued to compete competitively through college by participating in intramural sports. After finishing her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Georgia, she worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness coordinator for Turner Broadcasting Systems’ corporate wellness program. Thereafter, she sought higher education from Georgia State University in the field of exercise physiology.

Throughout her master’s degree, Jenny worked with renowned institutions such as the B.R.A.I.N Program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Beyond Therapy at Shepherd Spinal Center. Further qualifications include ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Exercise Physiologist. Her client experience covers a broad spectrum of individuals ranging from those who have had SCI, TBI, and stroke, to pregnant women and overweight individuals who are simply looking for weight loss programs.

Jenny’s “functional training” approach to fitness training incorporates a well-rounded combination of metabolic and cross training principles. During her sessions, you can expect energetic, yet challenging goal-driven workouts that will ultimately drive you towards a healthier and more physically fit you.
