I approached MT with a vague desire to "feel stronger" after losing the drive to exercise consistently over the course of the past year. As a former athlete and long distance runner, I knew I wanted change, yet I was hesitant to set the bar too high. In comes MT trainer Ty, who is phenomenal. Ty is passionate and knowledgable about fitness, and he truly cares about his clients. Each and every exercise has a purpose, which he will explain to you. After just a few sessions, I started to notice subtle improvements like better posture (and sleep!). Fast forward two months, and coupled with diet changes, my results have snowballed- increased muscle mass, overall tone, and flexibility. Ty's sessions will keep you engaged and progressing towards your goals. My fitness journey started off small, and now I feel that the sky is the limit. Thank you MT, and thank you Ty! {Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable trainers. I’ve been training with Ty 3 times a week for a few weeks now in the group sessions and can already feel an overall difference in energy levels and body definition. Group Sessions are small groups of at most 4 and trainers keep everything well sanitized with masks on hand. They also have private sessions if you want one on one workouts. My mom does these. Definitely recommend!

{I've been training at Midtown Trainers for about 2 months and I do 1-on-1 training with Trey and Ty. They're both great trainers and have their own personal style. I have a knee injury, but they've developed each session to help me strengthen and protect my knees. I've had zero pain. Trey makes sure I keep in proper alignment and when he sees I have a weaker area, he has the ability to adapt the workout and target what's needed. When I train with Ty, I know he's got a workout program tailored to my strength training goals. He includes full body movements, focuses on strengthening the core and includes athletic-type training. Midtown Trainers has a multitude of services to help support you and your fitness goals. The entire team is supportive and encouraging. I've taken advantage of the stretching program with Mrs. Robinson, a custom meal plan with the in-house nutritionist, and ordered the Fresh-N-Fit meals. Everything is there to set you up for success. It's certainly a commitment, but it's worth it.

{Midtown Trainers is awesome. I have been working out here for 2 months now. I am already seeing great results. I am down 12 pounds and building muscle. Ty and Demetria are awesome. The workouts are never boring and really work your whole body. They also provide you additional tips outside of your scheduled workouts (workouts to do at home, nutrition advice, etc.). The custom meal plan is also great and really helps in combination with the training sessions. Ultimately, Midtown Trainers is not just a gym, it is a fitness family that goes above and beyond to make sure your goals are met. I couldn't have picked a better place to start a healthy lifestyle and get fit!

{One of the main things I struggled with, with working out is accountability. I’ve tried to work out on my own and continue to fail. Midtown trainers has helped me to stay accountable and has taught me the correct way to work out and stretch. It’s very easy to schedule classes and my trainer Diana is amazing. {I have been training at Midtown Trainers for almost 3 months now, 3x a week, and it has been a wonderful experience. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and they have pushed me to be the best version of myself. Both Ty and Dee are knowledgeable and personable and they make working out fun. {I’ve been working out consistently for about a month and a half with Ty. He’s amazing! He keeps things interesting. We never do the same routine twice. He’s quick to push me when I need it especially since I’m not a morning person and the morning is the only time I can workout. He’s invested and very knowledgeable.
